My BG reading was 164 this am when I woke up. I had scrambled eggs with cheese and 2 pieces of bacon about 11:30, my reading was 109 at 12:30. had a salad about 2:30, forgot to take a reading before. My reading was 111 at 3:30. I was starving so I started dinner. I [...]
