July 11, 2009 – I actually ate breakfast!
So it wasn’t much of a breakfast but I just ateĀ 1/2 cup lowfat cottage cheese, 1/4 cup blueberries, and a little turkey breakfast sausage. I detest breakfast but ate it. I’m really trying to make myself eat something in the morning and I aim for eating before I’ve been up 45 minutes but it’s usually an hour to an hour and a half later that I can stomach food.
I know breakfast is important and I know they say its the most important meal of the day but I just can’t bring myself to eat it most days. And I’m trying, I really am! I just don’t feel hungry until I’ve been up awhile and the thought of eating makes my stomach turn. So, I think I did well eating what I ate this morning.
Hey, it’s a start!
By the way, my FBG was 134. Too high again. Dammit.
